Poindexter Lumber Company was founded in
1908 by J.R. Poindexter. It has been owned and
operated by the Poindexter family (currently 4th
generation) and at the same location ever since.
Please check out our products list page. It includes
a list of many of the items we carry. We actually
carry nearly 4,000 items including lumber, treated
lumber, plywood, roofing, moulding, HyKlas and
Gray Seal paints, paint sundries, concrete blocks,
cement, mortar, Sakrete, fiberglass and cellulose
insulation, sand, tools, nails, bolts, glass, windows
and doors, guttering, drywall, paneling, builder's
hardware, vinyl siding and more.
Some of the services we offer include free
computer color matching, free color visualization,
metal break rental, free use of insulation blower
with insulation purchase, and screen and window
repair to name a few. We can also special order
many products that we may not carry.
